After which she studied for her B Proc and LLB at Unisa. Lindesay has practised at Bate Chubb & Dickson since 1995. She is involved in Conveyancing and manages the Estates Department. She has also been involved in lecturing at the local Law School in the Wills and Estates course. She was the Legal Accounting lecturer and national examiner in 2003. She is married to Denis and they have four children.
